Order Confirmation and Delivery Time:

We make it easy for you to order your funeral flower arrangements online. Whether you're at home, at work, or anywhere else, you can place your order with just a few clicks. Simply browse our selection of elegant funeral flower designs, add to cart, and pay securely online.

We provide order confirmation within one hour, ensuring we are always responsive to your needs. You can reach us in real-time via Facebook Messenger or directly on our mobile numbers. For funeral arrangements, we offer same-day delivery on orders placed before 4:00 pm, and we are open every day. There is a 300 pesos delivery charge within Metro Manila, with the option to select a preferred delivery time for your convenience.

Message to Recipient:

We understand how important it is to express your deepest sympathies during such difficult times. You can send us a customized message for the recipient, and we will ensure it conveys your heartfelt condolences. If you’re unsure of the right words, we can include thoughtful quotations or comforting lines. You may choose between a handwritten message or a printed message, depending on your preference.

Flower Substitution:

If your preferred flowers are not available at the time of order, we will suggest the best possible substitutes that fit the occasion and the sentiment. In addition to flowers, we offer tasteful options such as elegant ribbons to complement your tribute.

Return and Exchange Policy:

We take great care to ensure your order is prepared with the utmost attention to detail. As flowers are delicate and perishable, if any issues arise with your delivery, we will address your concerns promptly. Should there be any concerns about the arrangement, we are committed to resolving them quickly and ensuring your satisfaction.

Refund:
  • If cancellation is made by the customer 5 days before the scheduled delivery date, the customer will receive a full refund.
  • If cancellation is made 3 days before the scheduled delivery date, the customer will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
  • If cancellation is made less than 3 days before the scheduled delivery date, no refund will be issued.
Return & Replace:

If the customer is dissatisfied with the item for a valid reason, the item can be replaced under the following conditions:

  • The recipient must send the item back within 3 working days of delivery.
  • Items cannot be refunded, but we will ensure a replacement if the following issues occur:
    • Items damaged in transit.
    • Incorrect items delivered.

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if any of these issues occur, and we will promptly arrange a replacement.
